The housing savings account to a savings housing loan after a phase of savings for a minimum period of 18 months. The amount of the granted credit depends on the vested interests (rights) during the savings and the time required for this credit. The amount is limited to 23,000 euros.

Vested interests must be at least 75 euros to claim credit for the acquisition or construction of housing. This minimum amount is worn to 37 euros for repair or improvement works and 22.50 euros for some work on energy savings. How is the loan amount calculated?
CEL may change the rates of pay, vested interests are cumulated by rate level. Each level of savings rate giving a level of credit. For each level of rates, loan rights are multiplied by a factor of 1.5 for classic credit use or by a factor of 1 for the acquisition of shares of SCPI. This determines a total of interest repayment. Then, for a period of time between 2 and 15 years, calculated the amount of the credit is the total of interest.
The amount found is capped at €23,000 (150,000 francs before 2002).
What is the rate of the granted credit?
The actual CEL loan will be at the rate of phase savings increased by 1.50% management fees. Institutions, loan CEL is a single and unique credit rate is the weighted average rate determined by the use of rights, or a set of credits each with a different rate determined according to the rate of vested interests.
Vested interests can be used several times. The Bank will retain in its records the amount of used rights and those still available. They can be later used on another operation. However, where there are several loans CEL, the outstanding amount of loans must never exceed the €23,000.
